Its the companion peice to Grimoire, the idea being that the Skeleton dude is reading a spell from the funky book in the other picture.
This one was a real ball acher to do and went through alteration after alteration. I just was never reallty satisfied with it. Im still not really totally happy with it, but it had to be finished and handed in eventally.

Search for Photoshop tutorials on painting with the program, there's loads out there. And there's no right or wrong way to use the program. I started to learn Photoshop at 18/19, and im still learning stuff at nearly 30.
Draw every day and never give up.
Some times I find that when you are trying so hard to get it just the way you want, it never seems to work out... Then if you were to randomly go back to it one day it would just work lol... I don't know if its the same for you but thats what I find lol... Any way it still loks cool!
